In the event of an accident with a third-party vehicle , the amicable assessment form (CID) must be completed by the Driver and the driver of the third-party vehicle. The Driver has to send the CID to Auting customer service via mail at [email protected].

In case of an accident or car damage, even if not major, the Driver has to contact Auting at +390510420405.
