If you cancel a paid reservation before the 24 hours prior the trip start time (EX. a paid reservation cancelled till 25 hours before the start time), you will be refunded the full amount paid. If you cancel a reservation within 24 hours prior to the start time of the trip, the amount paid will not be refunded.
