You will have access to the location of the vehicle 30 minutes before the Checkin time and will be able to unlock the car at the reservation start time.

When in proximity to the car perform Checkin with these 4 steps:

1) Enter the Pin Code you were sent in the email you received by Auting right after the reservation payment with the object PIN REQUESTED TO ACCESS THE VEHICLE.

The PIN is MANDATORY for booking check-in.

Check your email account's Spam/Junk Mail folder. All Auting system emails are sent to the email account used to register for the service.

If the email account used to register for the service is no longer active or cannot be accessed, the booking will not be refunded. If the Driver does not notify Auting, immediately after paying for the booking, of the non-receipt of the aforementioned email containing the PIN, the booking will not be refunded.

2) Check the condition of the car's exterior: take 8 photos of the car from different angles.

Once you have performed the exterior check, you can unlock the car.

3) Check the condition of the car interior: once the car is unlocked, check the condition of the interior and cleanliness and take pictures. Report any damage.

4) Take the keys from the glove compartment and start your trip.
