When in proximity to the car perform Checkin with these 4 steps:

  1. Enter the Pin Code you were sent in the email you received by Auting right after the reservation payment. Check the Spam /Junk folder of your email account.

  2. Check the condition of the car's exterior: take 8 photos of the car from different angles.

Once you have performed the exterior check, you can unlock the car.

  1. Check the condition of the car interior: once the car is unlocked, check the condition of the interior and cleanliness. Report any damage.

  2. Take the keys from the glove compartment and start your trip.
