You will have access to the location of the vehicle 30 minutes before the Checkin time and will be able to unlock the car at the reservation start time.
When in proximity to the car perform Checkin with these 4 steps:
Enter the Pin Code you were sent in the email you received after the reservation payment.
Check the condition of the car's exterior: take 8 photos of the car from different angles.
Once you have performed the exterior check, you can unlock the car.
Check the condition of the car interior: once the car is unlocked, check the condition of the interior and cleanliness. Report any damage.
Take the keys from the glove compartment and start your trip.
When you have finished your trip, perform the Checkout with these 3 steps:
Stow the car keys in the glove compartment.
Check the condition of the car's exterior: take again 8 photos of the car from different angles.
Close the car.
The car must be parked in a place where parking is authorized. If the car is left in a place where parking is not authorized, you will be responsible for any fines served on the Owner.
If the car at the end of the booking is parked in a position that prevents or hinders the passage of vehicles or passers-by, any damage to the vehicle (including vandalism) resulting from improper parking will be the responsibility of the Driver.
If you damaged the car and did not report it, you are still held responsible for the damage.
In the case of deliberately unserviceable photos, you will be responsible for any damage caused.
If the next Owner or Driver reports damage, the photos you take at Checkout will be essential to any disputes. Therefore, photos must be of good quality.
