Once you have made the payment for the reservation, in the paid trip section you will find the Checklist to print.

On the Checklist you will mark, at the beginning and end of the trip, the state of the car (interior and exterior), the initial fuel level, and the starting mileage.

It is mandatory to take pictures of the vehicle (interior and exterior) at the beginning and end of the trip.

Owner and Driver must complete and sign two separate copies of the Checklist, to be kept for the entire duration of the trip and after the end of the trip.

Completing the Checklist is mandatory for reporting damages and extra expenses at the end of the trip.

It is mandatory to mark all pre-existing travel damage on the Checklist and photograph it.

In the absence of the Driver’s Checklist duly completed and signed by the Owner and Driver, any claim or dispute for extra expenses and damages will not be accepted. The Checklist is the only document that the customer service will accept for claims and disputes. Private conversations between Driver and Owner on online Apps will not taken into account for disputes or claims.

At the end of the trip, the two Checklists, once filled in and signed, must be photographed (one next to the other) together by both the Driver and the Owner.
