If the Driver is late to return the car, you can request the Driver to pay an extra charge of €25 at the end of the trip. We encourage Owner and Driver to settle the balance of the extra charge at the end of the trip independently. Otherwise, you must report it within 36 hours of the end of the trip using the designated button in the completed trip section.

In case of a delay of more than two hours the Driver will have to make an extension of the reservation.
