To extend a paid or ongoing reservation you must log in into your account through the Auting website and click on the TRIP EXTENSION button in the trip section.

The extension is a new reservation. The extension will start 30 minutes after the end of the reservation to be extended.

The minimum period is 1 hour; the fare will be counted as a 24-hour day. In fact, fares are calculated on a 24-hour basis.

The extension must be issued at least 4 hours before the end of the trip.
