At the time of submission of the reservation, the Driver holding a license issued in an nation outside the European Union, must possess the following:

• A valid identification document (ID card or passport).
• a Driver's license valid in Italy
• an International Driving Permit (IDP) valid for the entire duration of the trip.

Drivers with licenses issued in a country outside the European Union (and valid in Italy) are required with an additional document: an International Driving Permit (IDP). The IDP must be valid for the entire duration of the trip and must be sent by email to [email protected].

The date of first issue or last renewal of the license must be present on the document and must be dated before the last 3 years.

If the last license renewal took place in the last 3 years and the document does not show the date of the first issue, the Driver must upload, in the license section, both the renewed license and the old license.

The Driver will have to send the IDP via email to [email protected].

A driver's license does not serve as a substitute for an Identity Card or Passport.

To upload and have the documents validated is required only in case of a confirmed reservation.
