The Driver must notify you of any damage that occurred during the trip, as well as pre-existing damage at the time the car is checked out at Checkin. If there is damage not reported by the Driver, you must notify Auting Customer Service within 3 days of Checkout. Photos taken at Checkin and Checkout will be checked by Auting to determine if the Driver is responsible. If the Driver deliberately takes unclear photos, he/she will be held responsible for any damages. If there are consecutive trips with more than 2 days between the last Checkout and Checkin, the Owner is required to regularly check the condition of the vehicle.
