The Driver is responsible for any extra expenses after the reservation payment has been completed, i.e., damages, fines, delays, extra kilometrage, missing fuel, uncleanliness, unauthorized animal transport, smoking.

We encourage Owner and Driver to settle the balance of any extra expenses independently at the end of the trip. Otherwise, you must report within 36 hours of the end of the trip each item of extra expense via the designated button in the completed trip section.
