Drivers are responsible for all the violations incurred during the reservation.

If a violation is notified directly to the Driver, the Driver must proceed to pay the fine before the end of the trip, keeping the payment receipt and delivering it to the Owner at the end of the trip.

In the event that you are notified of a fine after your trip has ended, you must immediately report it using the designated button in the trip section and follow the instructions.

Auting will only handle the reduced amount stipulated in the fine report.

If the report notified involves the deduction of driver's license points, the complete report should be sent to [email protected].
