Drivers are responsible for any traffic violations that occur during the reservation.

In the case of a fine served directly to the Driver, the Driver must proceed to pay the fine before the end of the trip, take a picture of the payment receipt and hand it over to the Owner upon return of the car.

In the event of removal of the car by the authorities for prohibited parking during a reservation (e.g. car left in a no parking area, parking in unauthorized areas, parking without a special pass/permit, removal for street washing, etc.), any violation report and the costs of towing and storing the vehicle are responsibility of the Driver.

Authorities may serve the vehicle owner with a traffic ticket up to 120 working days after the violation has been established.
