To extend a paid or ongoing trip, Drivers must log into their Auting account via the website and click on the EXTEND TRIP button within the section of the reservation to be extended.

The extension consists of a new reservation. The minimum period is 1 hour; the rate will be counted as a 24-hour day. Rates, in fact, are calculated on a 24-hour basis.
