To make an Auting Connect trip, you must download the Auting App from the store.

You will be able to start, make and end an Auting Connect trip exclusively through the Auting App.

You will do the Checkin by logging in to the App and going in to the reservation section:

• -> You will locate the car. You can locate the car 30 minutes before the start of the trip. (Note: You will not be able to start the trip until the exact start time of the reservation indicated on the App).

When you will be near the car, you will do the Checkin and you will be asked to:

• Take 8 photos of the car
• Unlock the car's starter
• Take the keys from inside the car and start the trip

During the trip you will regularly use the keys to open, close the car and start the engine.

At the end of the trip you will checkout the trip via the App by selecting the Auting Connect trip:

• You will return the car with the same fuel level present at the time of Checkin
• You will put the keys back inside the glove compartment
• You will take 8 photos of the car again
• You will report any damage or problems that occurred during the trip
• You will lock the car via App

If you do not lock the car at the end of the trip using the App, the car will remain unlocked.

Any problems caused by not locking the car will be your responsibility.
