If the App was unable to load the vehicle location contact the Owner to see if he is able to access the location, or contact Auting Customer Service if the Owner is not able to help you.
If the car is not at the intended location, remember that the geolocation may vary by several hundred meters.
The car may be within a 500-meter radius of the location given on the App, please take a look at perpendicular and parallel streets as well.
If you still cannot locate the car, contact the Owner, his number is visible in the trip details.
